Delete your RackRival account.

Deletion is permanent. You will verify your sign-in before RackRival removes the account.

How to delete

  1. Sign in to RackRival.
  2. Open Settings, then Account, and choose Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the warning and verify with your password, Google, or Apple sign-in method.

The iOS and Android apps provide the same option under Settings → Account.

Data removed

RackRival removes your profile and contact details, preferences and consent settings, saved venues, notifications, push registrations, favorites and recent-player state, Practice/Ghost records, and current Rack Rating profile.

Competition history

Completed match scores, tournament brackets and results, Calcutta transaction structure, and rating calculation events may remain so other players' records and competition results still work. RackRival replaces your UID and copied name with a neutral deleted-player identity and removes copied contact details.

What remains

A one-way hash of the former Firebase UID remains as a deletion tombstone. It prevents an old session from recreating the deleted account and is not used as a public profile or player identity.
