RackRival provides software tools for pool players, tournament directors, live scoring, brackets, venue details, and match history. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and respectfully.
Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate profile information. RackRival may restrict access to administrative or tournament-director tools.
Tournament directors are responsible for event setup, rules, entrant eligibility, schedules, posted results, venue details, payouts, and any decisions made for their events. RackRival provides software tools and does not guarantee third-party tournament schedules, rules, results, or payouts.
RackRival may include tools that help directors track Calcutta information. Directors and event organizers are responsible for their rules, legal compliance, payouts, and any money handling outside RackRival.
Users who explicitly opt in may receive transactional and operational RackRival text messages, such as tournament registration confirmations, match-ready notifications, table assignments, schedule or status changes, tournament-director notifications, and important account or event updates. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You are responsible for providing a valid mobile number and for updating or removing a number that no longer belongs to you.
Wireless carriers and communications providers may affect delivery, and messages may be delayed, blocked, or unavailable. RackRival should not be relied on as the only way to receive time-critical tournament information. Opting out of SMS does not terminate your RackRival account, and RackRival may still use other available notification methods where appropriate. See the Privacy Policy for how mobile information and SMS consent data are handled.
RackRival may send operational or service email needed for account and security messages, tournament registration or activity, match notifications, and service notices. RackRival may use third-party email delivery providers acting on its behalf. Transactional and service email is separate from any promotional email consent that RackRival may introduce later.
RackRival may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Live scoring, realtime updates, venue lookup, analytics, and authentication can depend on external services.
Do not misuse RackRival, interfere with the service, submit abusive or misleading content, or attempt to access areas that are not intended for your account.
